Asier visited these countries to capture information at street level on eating habits, food and beverage innovation, emerging consumer trends or innovation at the point of sale, among other things. Visited markets, hypermarkets, traditional shops and fairs ... testing new products, analyzing the ingredients, their sensory characteristics or its packaging.
